Type A

Model with fixed flat rotary disc

Product features

● Desktop layout, integral bed frame, fixed column, side mounted spindle box structure, and cross shaped coordinate structure for the lower drag plate guide rail

● The guide rail can be selected as a composite guide rail or a heavy-duty roller linear guide rail, both of which are fully ground

● The bed has been equipped with an integral auxiliary guide rail, which expands the lateral travel of the machine tool while ensuring good rigidity of the bed.

● Type A is equipped with a fixed flat rotary disc, and the main shaft system adopts a three-layer structure, namely a flat rotary disc main shaft, a hollow main shaft, and a boring shaft. The boring shaft is made of high-quality nitride steel 38CrMoAlA, and the hollow main shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel. The shaft system has good rigidity and high precision.

● The spindle has stepless speed regulation for high and low gears, and the spindle has a quasi stop function. Each main feed axis is driven by an independent AC servo motor with ball screw transmission.

● An automatic tool magazine system can be optionally selected to improve the automation level of the machine tool.

● The B-type can be equipped with accessories such as milling heads or boring shaft supports to further improve the machining efficiency of the machine tool.

● Comprehensive grinding of bed column guide rails

● The rotary worktable is a large rotary support

● The rotary gear ring is a ground large-diameter gear ring

● The slewing brake is a hydraulic holding brake

● The rotary transmission is driven by a dual gear ring gear with a backlash mechanism. The backlash mechanism can be selected as dual motor dual gear or single motor dual gear

● Can achieve 360 degree arbitrary angle division

● Type B can be equipped with a tool magazine to achieve automatic tool changing function
