This series of machine tools comes with square sliding pillows, suitable for precision machining in multiple fields such as aerospace, energy, and molds. Multiple special accessory milling heads can be selected, which can complete drilling, expanding, boring, groove cutting, and flat milling of medium and large-sized parts in one clamping.

● The machine tool bed is arranged in a T-shaped pattern, with high rigidity and multiple supports

● Composite guide rails, each with an unloading device, can be selected in the form of heavy-duty roller linear guide rails

● Fully enclosed spindle box

● Rotation of Y-axis nut (exceeding 2000mm stroke)

● Each feed axis is driven by a high-precision preloaded double nut ball screw pair

● The main transmission box moves synchronously with the square slider, featuring high speed, low noise, and high torque

● Imported steel wire rope counterweight balance, advanced and unique balance lifting point

● Double layered design of columns

● Comprehensive grinding of bed column guide rails

● The square slider is in a four sided fully wrapped form and comes with a compensation mechanism

● The rotary worktable is a large rotary support

● The rotary gear ring is a ground large-diameter gear ring

● The slewing brake is a hydraulic holding brake

● The rotary transmission is driven by a dual gear ring gear with a backlash mechanism. The backlash mechanism can be selected as dual motor dual gear or single motor dual gear.

● Can achieve 360 degree arbitrary angle division

● Can be equipped with a high-pressure center outlet

● Can be equipped with a tool magazine to achieve automatic tool changing function
